Greetings members and friends:
I am honored to serve as our Alumni Association president for the 2009-2010 term. We are part of the largest, strongest and most active dental school alumni association in the country. Browse our calendar of events and consider participating in a chapter event, our next alumni meeting or our reception during the ADA meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii, in October 2009. Check this site or your mail for more details.
Our 2010 Annual Meeting will be back at the Fairmont Hotel on Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13, 2010. The theme will be "2010: The Next Decade in Dental Care," and the continuing education courses will emphasize technologies and new ideas in oral medicine that we will be utilizing in our next decade of dental practice. We will have presentations on the latest technologies in digital imaging, fixed prosthodontics and orthodontics for the general dentist, as well as the periodontal systemic disease connection. Encourage your friends and classmates to attend the meeting. If they are not alumni of our school they can join as associate members. Also, help support our Alumni Association by staying at the Fairmont Hotel during the meeting.
