There is growing concern in California about the availability of dental services for people who need general anesthesia or deep sedation to complete needed dental treatment. We are trying to document the availability or lack of availability of hospital dentistry and sedation resources. In addition we are trying to identify any barriers that might be contributing to inadequate availability of these resources.
Your help in filling out the attached survey is critical if we are to be able to advocate for additional resources or reduced barriers. Please help us identify hospital dentistry resources and barriers to receiving dental care for patients who need general anesthesia or deep sedation to complete needed dental treatment by filling out one of the versions of the survey below.
