The objectives of the Student Member American Dental Hygienists' Association are to cultivate, promote, and sustain the art and science of dental hygiene, to represent and safeguard the common interest of the members of the dental hygiene profession, and to contribute to the improvement of the public's overall health.
Pacific Dental Hygiene students are all student members of the ADHA, CDHA, and the Sacramento Valley Dental Hygienists' Association, a component of the CDHA that includes Stockton.
At the 2011 CDHA House of Delegates, the Pacific Dental Hygiene faculty was again awarded the CDHA Faculty Membership Award for achieving 100% faculty membership in the ADHA.
