



All graduating students must pick up an Authorization to Begin Clearing Process form from their Group Practice Administrator (GPA). The authorization form is a checklist of items students must complete to clear from the school. Each student should return his or her form to the GPA, who will then inform the student when to pick up the closeout form from Duke Dahlin in the Business Office.
Each student must have completed the checkout process prior to commencement in order to receive a diploma at commencement.

Regalia will be distributed to the students on June 2-3 in the Executive Conference Room. There is no charge to students to rent the academic regalia. Regalia can be purchased for approximately $523.00 for DDS students, $256.00 for hygiene students.
Each graduate receives his or her diploma alphabetically within the respective degree program. To ensure that candidates get the correct diploma and that the proper name is read and picture flashed, each candidate is assigned a specific seat. A detailed seating chart for Davies Symphony Hall and an alphabetical list of seat assignments by program will be coming soon.
The Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Davies Symphony Hall, 201 Van Ness Avenue, on June 13, 2010 at 5:00 pm.
Graduation 2010 consists of several events during the weekend in addition to Commencement. For more information about the Alumni Graduate Banquet on Friday night, Thanks a Bunch Brunch on Saturday and other events, visit the event schedule.
