Before Graduation

Authorization to Begin Closeout Process Form

All graduating students must receive an Authorization to Begin Closeout Process form from their Group Practice Leader (GPL). The authorization form is a checklist of items students must complete to clear from the school. Each student should return the form to the GPL, who will then inform the student when to pick up the closeout form from Duke Dahlin in the Business Office.

Each student must have completed the closeout process prior to commencement in order to receive a diploma.

Students will receive an email with a Qualtrics survey link to complete the Application to Participate in Commencement Ceremony in February 2014. Please use the Qualtrics link in the email; it is by invitation only and cannot be shared.

If you have a name that is hard to pronounce, please create an audio file with the correct pronunciation and email it as an attachment to Rachel Allyn-Crane at rallyncrane@pacific.edu by Friday, May 23, 2014.

Below are the FAQ links for audio recording to direct students to record their names.
