




Dr. Anoop Sondhi will cover the gradual evolution from static prescriptions to variable prescriptions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of orthodontic treatment. Case discussions will be supplemented with digital illustrations to explain the finer points of treatment with Variable Prescription Orthodontics. Key principles that are necessary to effectively manage the SmartClip and Clarity SL Self-Ligating Appliance Systems in an orthodontic practice will be reviewed. In addition to a detailed demonstration of the treatment of different types of orthodontic challenges, the seminar will include a number of the clinical and management pearls that are critical for effective implementation of these treatment systems into your office. The lecture will also include video demonstrations of some of the archwire and bracket placement procedures.

Anoop Sondhi, DDS, MS, received his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, and his postgraduate certificate and master's degree in orthodontics from University of Illinois in 1977. He also served as a faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics at Indiana University. Since 1988, he has been in full-time private practice in Indianapolis and is a visiting professor for several graduate programs in orthodontics. He has presented continuing education courses to dental and orthodontic organizations in the United States and across the globe. He has also served as a consultant to the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
