Free Dental Screenings for Children in February

In celebration of National Children's Dental Health Month, free dental screenings are offered for Bay Area children (from birth to age 14*) throughout February!

Screening visit includes:

• Short visual exam to identify any trouble spots in gums, teeth and mouth
• Consultation with parents to answer questions; find out how to prevent oral diseases and get tips on developing good habits for kids
• Dental goody bag with toothbrush!

Hours: 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Appointments must be made in advance by calling 415.929.6550.

Developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits helps children get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums. Pediatric dental faculty partner with dental students, specially trained dental assistants and staff members to provide comprehensive low-cost dental care for children.

*NOTE: All children must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to the screening.
