The American College of Dentists Northern California Section honored three people from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry during its annual awards dinner in Burlingame, Calif.
Dr. Brian Kenyon, assistant professor, received the Distinguished Faculty Member Award for outstanding service to the school and its students and extraordinary dedication to dental education.
Ms. Joanne Fox, alumni association coordinator, received ACD's Dr. Jospeh J. Krajewski Award for Merit. ACD presents this award to a non-dentist whose outstanding activities have contributed to the advancement of the dental profession and enhanced the image of dentistry.
Mr. Tyler Nelson, Class of 2007, received the Student Certificate of Honor for exemplary professionalism and potential to enhance the art and science of dentistry and purposes of the ACD.
