Biohazards and OSHA Compliance
Safe, Sane and Practical: This course, intended for the entire dental
team, will show you how the various government regulations can be easily
integrated into a single office safety program. It contains information
that must be included in the yearly OSHA training program for every
dental employee with occupational exposure. This program is presented
with co-speaker, Dr. William Carpenter. (Half Day or, if given to satisfy
Federal/State regulations, a Full Day)
OSHA Training Workshop
A Complete Guide to Compliance: This workshop is designed for the
dental practice employee primarily responsible for OSHA compliance.
It is considered an advanced training program for individuals ready
to take on the responsibility of safety supervisor for the dental office.
This workshop contains a "train the trainer" educational
component designed to assist participants in implementing a complete
safety program for their offices and training the entire dental team.

Ms. Eve Cuny is
the Director of Environmental Health and
Safety for the University of the Pacific
School of Dentistry and has been involved
in product evaluations, regulation compliance,
development of infection control protocols,
and the education of students, faculty
and staff members in infection control
procedures. She received training directly
from the OSHA Training Institute and from
programs in Environmental Hazard Management
at UC Berkeley. |
