Post Match Application Process

Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry has two sites for its Advanced Education in General Education Program.

  • Union City site is located approximately 35 miles southeast of San Francisco.
  • Stockton site is on the University of the Pacific campus in the new Thomas J. Long Health Sciences Learning Center.

The core of the program involves advanced clinical treatment of patients requiring comprehensive general dental care. The AEGD Programs at all sites are one-year accredited postgraduate residencies in general dentistry with an optional second year.  The second year allows greater flexibility to pursue individual interests, advanced clinical cases or research projects.

For a complete description of the program and program sites, please see our main section about the AEGD Program.

Pacific participated in the ADEA PASS External link -- open new window application service and the National Dental Matching Program notification system.  Currently, we have (3) openings in our Union City site.  If there is interest in applying for the current openings, please contact our AEGD Program Coordinator as soon as possible.  Our Program Coordinator in San Francisco will be managing the post match application process. See the section below regarding our eligibility requirements and steps to apply to our post match process.  Specific information is given for what we require in a complete application and where to send materials. You may contact the Program Coordinator for questions about the application process.
